As we move closer to a brand new year we are experiencing great change. One of the greatest changes is that we as human are learning to move from our head to our heart. If, right now in your life, you feel like you are torn in two or experiencing love and hate, black and white, (a world of opposites) it is because you are feeling what is in your heart, your truth, and what your mind is thinking. We have been taught to live from our minds, to create a life based on our knowledge. We are moving into a time where we will live from our hearts. We will learn to feel, and to move towards what we are feeling. We will get in touch with our emotions and our feelings and begin to create lives based on what makes us feel good.
In the years to come we will learn to trust our feelings and question our thoughts. Up until this point we have thought our mind, our conscious mind, was our greatest gift. We are now learning that the heart has a mind also...one that is much purer than the conscious mind, the conscious mind is really a mind that has been programmed by society and our experiences. Our heart is our soul speaking to us, it is pure love and moves us into that which feels good. As we learn to live from our hearts all judgement of the mind will fade away, we will open our hearts and love will flow.
I would love for you share what you are experiencing in your life right now. Are you aware of what it feels like to follow your heart?

The passage of time
Wow time passes, and here I sit wondering what I have done with the time that was given to me over the last month. Did I use the time to its fullest use? Or did I let time slip away thinking I had all the time in the world? As I ponder these questions I review what I have accomplished in the last month.
Time seems like it never ends, we will always have it and have no need to worry about fulfiiling and using it to our highest good. If we do not accomplish it today we have tomorrow. How important really is time, and our accomplishments? Is life about filling every momnet? Using our time productively doing those things that we have been programmed to do by society? Or is time a gift to use to experience whatever we want to experience in this moment? If I want to sit and relax in this moment is that a great use of time? If I choose to search endlessly on the internet for some information that I never find is that a great use of time? Who should decide what is the proper use of time?
I feel, living in the moment, we are guided to use each moment to its highest use. We are not meant to live life in our minds always keeping busy, never stopping to realize if our actions are truly for the highest good. So often we keep so busy with life we never stop to ask or to even realize that what we fill our time with is so not important. It is something we have become programmed to do without thought, without question. I wonder how different our lives would be if we let go of the need to fill every moment and instead just let life flow from our heart.
Spend a day to step back and observe each moment of your day.......observe how you use your time........Is the use of your time truly fulfilling your heart?
